Loki season 2

Loki taking on the burden of his glorious purpose was an idea the filmmakers wanted right from the start. The bigger size of his new Horns will physically weigh on him.

I did passes on the treatment of the horns, hoping to tell the same story through the transition of materials from gold to dark green like the timelines he now holds together. We also experimented with polished vs roughly hewn obsidian rock for the horns.

Loki's costume was designed by the amazing Wes Burt and I painted over a model of the horns by Adam Ross.
